Living an Honorable Life

"It is God’s will that your good lives should silence those who foolishly condemn the Gospel without knowing what it can do for them, having never experienced its power."  1 Peter 2:15

Do you live an honorable life, a life above reproach?

In the Holy Bible, Daniel was an example of someone who did his best to live a life above reproach.

Daniel 6:4 tells us, Then the other administrators and high officers began searching for some fault in the way Daniel was handling government affairs, but they couldn’t find anything to criticize or condemn. He was faithful, always responsible, and completely trustworthy.”

When other people look at your life, what do they see? Do you live your life in such a way that others can find nothing to criticize or condemn?

In 2 Corinthians 6:3, Paul tells us, “We live in such a way that no one will stumble because of us, and no one will find fault with our ministry."

Our Christian witness is what the world sees of Jesus. It is important that we walk in obedience to Him. It is important that we live honorable lives that are pleasing to Him so that others may see Christ in us and desire a life with Him, too.

May we live an honorable life, following after Christ with every ounce of our being so that others may see the difference that He makes.

Goodnight, Runners.
