Day 14
“Day by day the Lord takes care of the innocent, and they will receive an inheritance that lasts forever.” Psalm 37:18
Today was another successful day in the running and exercising department.
The cool breeze reminded me of yesterday’s success and encouraged me on. Next week, I will add another lap, and day by day, lap by lap, the waistline will return, and that initial frumpy picture will be replaced with a fit mind, soul, and frame, ready to do whatever God calls me to do, whenever He calls.
